Conclave consists of the consecrated clergy of Spiral. It functions as faculty, resource pool, administration, evaluation and review committee, and clergy support group.
Conclave meets separately from Collegium classes, in January and July, when applications are acted upon, and in April and October. Special meetings may also be called as needed.
Whenever possible, Conclave members attend Collegium classes in order to continue their own training and to get to know the current students.
Conclave makes the administrative decisions regarding content and scheduling of Collegium classes, and evaluates the progress of students, in accordance with the Procedures that have been developed. Although the Guide may be a student’s primary source of aid and comfort, other members of Conclave are available for advice and information, and to assist in training in areas where their special expertise is helpful. Students are encouraged to get to know and work with as many members of Conclave as possible.
